Encapsulating is a boutique tax and business consulting firm established in 2021 by Alida van der Vyver.

With her dynamic business background spanning more than 24 years, she has an intricate knowledge and understanding of each business process. Her experience includes HR, IT, bookkeeping, accounting, tax calculations, group tax planning, project management, property development, construction and renovations, interior decorating, forensic investigations, and establishing several new businesses.

She has also served as a trustee, director, and company secretary of numerous entities.

Her experience gives her a highly competitive edge in thinking outside the box as a tax practitioner, and she prides herself in offering specialist, innovative, client-specific solutions.

Recent accomplishments are evidence that she is highly solution-focused, thrives on complex matters and will never cease pursuing her clients' best interests.

Meinie Dry

The nimble General Manager, Meinie Dry, has over 20 years of experience in customer service and managing business practices. She holds a higher certificate in fundamental accounting from UNISA.

Her zest for life is contagious, and this softspoken dynamo is the company's backbone. Nothing is ever too much to ask and she walks the extra mile with a smile.

No task is ever too big and you can rest assured that it will be executed to maticulous perfection everytime.
